Requirements:
The home must be vacant and move-in ready.
The 21-day period starts once the home is ready for tenants.
The property must allow up to 2 approved pets.
The rental price must be mutually agreed upon by the owner and ZITRO Property Management.
The guarantee must be included in your Property Management Agreement.

If a tenant we place ever needs to be evicted, we take care of the entire process — including up to $400 in legal and court fees.
We know how stressful and costly an eviction can be. With our Eviction Protection Plan, you don’t have to face it alone. We handle everything for you and cover the costs up to $400, giving you peace of mind.
On-Time Rent Guarantee
When your tenant pays rent on time, you deserve your money quickly. We guarantee your owner payment will be in your account within 10 business days.
If for any reason we don’t meet that deadline, we will refund that month’s management fee — simple as that.

Happiness Guarantee

If you’re not 100% satisfied with our services, you can cancel your management agreement at any time with 30 days’ notice, without penalties.
