How It Works

- Owners must opt in to the Eviction Protection Plan as part of the Management Agreement.

- New tenants with leases signed after the agreement is in place are covered immediately.

- Existing tenants are covered after seven months.

- The plan does not cover lost rent, property damage, move-out expenses, or tenant attorney fees, court fines, or penalties.

- Coverage applies only if the Eviction Protection Plan is specifically included in your Management Agreement.
